I’m David Simpson, a San Diego real estate agent who believes real estate is about so much more than houses—it’s about people, purpose, and building a lasting future.

After a fulfilling career as a Navy civilian, I stepped into real estate because it gave me a way to serve others more personally and meaningfully. My wife, children, and I have been blessed to own our home as well as a few investment properties, so I’ve seen firsthand how real estate can create both financial security and opportunity. But what truly drives me isn’t just the financial side—it’s the relationships. Walking alongside clients—helping buyers find their future and sellers protect their legacy—is a responsibility I take seriously and a privilege I don’t take lightly.

That’s why I approach every client’s goals with the same care and diligence I’d give my own family.

Outside of real estate, I love sharing meals with friends and family, serving in my church, and enjoying simple joys—like a long drive in one of the Mazda Miatas I’ve collected over the years. I’m also a lifelong learner who believes in asking questions, trying new things, and connecting deeply with people. And yes—I’ll never turn down a good hug.
