J.C. Agajanian

Born and raised in Hermosa Beach, higher education brought me to San Diego in the late 90’s. After graduating with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing I knew my ultimate goal was to own and invest in Real Estate but wasn’t sure of the career path to take me there at the time. Soon after school, I entered the Real Estate industry on the mortgage side of the business. Starting there has served as a great foundation for me with the understanding of how loans work, underwriters’ perspectives, and the inner working of mortgage office.

From there, I pivoted into a long stint focusing exclusively on foreclosure sales beginning in 2008, during the economic downturn. My time in that space and the high volume of transactions helped me quickly acquire meaningful experience in that specific field including asset management, property preservation, an extensive knowledge of the entire county of San Diego, and of course the important part; Real Estate sales!

When the market began to rebound, my focus also returned to individual sellers and buyers which has been the core business I have concentrated on and developed over the past decade.

While working through these phases professionally, my personal life developed as well. I married my high school sweetheart, we bought our first home at Sunset Cliffs, and began our family, now complete with two girls and a boy who are currently in middle school and jr. high in Point Loma.
