"I normally don't write the reviews but I most definitely would like to share our experience with Said. We attempted to sell our condo twice in the past two years. Both times we engaged a realtor who helped me buy it five years ago and both attempts were unsuccessful. We sort of gave up on selling it… Read More and decided to keep it as a rental after we moved out (we bought a house earlier this year). I've been getting calls from various realtors offering their services with selling the condo since it was coming up on the canceled listings list but we weren't interested in selling it anymore. A couple of months ago, I got a call from Said. He also called me randomly off of that list. We talked and he explained why it was a good time to sell. We had a follow up meeting in person and after careful consideration we decided to try to sell it again. We engaged Said and the experience we’ve had with him compared to the other two times was just incredible. He had a strategy as to what day of the week to list it, when to do an open house, when to show it if it didn’t sell after the open house, what to do in a multiple offer situation, and the list goes on. We have a 16-months old and it’s a challenge to leave the house every time someone wants to see it, not to mention having to keep it viewing ready at all times. He advised everyone who wanted to see it to come to an open house instead of us having to show it to all the potential buyers individually, which we had to do a year ago when our daughter was just three months old. We ended up in a multiple offer situation after the open house and, again, Said was very knowledgeable and used strategy in that situation, too. He went over all of the offers with us and guided us in the right direction without pressuring us to go with any particular offer. We ended up accepting an all cash offer, which was more than the asking price, and the buyer wanted to close the deal as soon as possible but we did need 30 days to close since our new house wasn’t quite ready for us. Said casually mentioned the buyer was putting pressure on him for us to close sooner but never once did he say we needed to do that. He just kept the buyer calm. Once it was time to move, things got a little crazy and Said offered help with cleaning the unit after me moved out at no expense to us! That was a nice touch and it was most definitely appreciated. The escrow closed today, just a little over a month after the condo was listed for sale. I still can’t believe we sold it because Said made the entire process so easy and seamless. He listened to our needs and represented us fairly every step of the way. Looking back at the entire process, there is nothing I would have liked to see done differently. He truly demonstrated perfection and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy property." Read Less
