Sarah Silipo

Born and raised in Chicago, I credit my strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to my Midwest roots. After 35 winters, I made the move to sunny San Diego, where I quickly built both a new life and a new career chapter. Shortly after relocating, I met my husband, and together we are raising our two daughters, Giulia and Gabriella, who inspire everything I do.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 18 years as a top-performing sales professional in the medical device industry. Partnering closely with physicians and supporting patients through cardiac and urological procedures, I built a reputation for professionalism, trust, and results. Today, I bring that same consultative approach, attention to detail, and people-first mindset to every real estate transaction.

In addition to my sales background, I have several years of hands-on experience as a real estate investor, landlord, and property manager in San Diego. I successfully owned and operated a short-term rental business, managing everything from pricing strategy and marketing to tenant relations, staging, remodeling, and vendor coordination. Running properties as a business sharpened my understanding of market positioning, value optimization, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This unique combination of high-level sales expertise and real-world property ownership allows me to serve buyers, sellers, and investors with both strategy and insight.
