I’m Chasen Chess, a San Diego real estate agent who believes that buying, selling, or investing in a home should be as exciting as it is rewarding. I’ve lived in Ohio, Oklahoma, and Colorado—but now I get to call the beach in Ocean Beach my backyard, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I’ve always known I’d be in a people-focused business, and real estate is the perfect fit. With no income ceiling, endless opportunities to connect, and the ability to help people solve problems and achieve dreams, this career gives me everything I was looking for. My favorite part? The personal interactions—whether it’s handing over keys to a first-time buyer or helping a seller get top dollar, I love being part of such important life moments.

I’m drawn to La Jolla for its unbeatable combination of ocean views, great restaurants, and upscale shopping—it really is the best of all worlds. If you’re visiting San Diego, I’ll always recommend a walk along the La Jolla coastline or a trip to Sunset Cliffs, one of the most beautiful and underrated spots in the city.

Outside of real estate, I’m an entrepreneur at heart, a CEO by experience, and fun is built into everything I do. My theme song is Eye of the Tiger—because I bring energy and determination to everything I take on. And if you didn’t know already…I love to sing.
