Real estate wasn't a career change for me — it was a homecoming. I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and developed a passion for real estate in college. That interest followed me into a 17-year career in telecommunications, rising to Operations Manager across Los Angeles and San Diego, where I built the discipline, leadership, and people skills that now shape how I run my business.

Even while embedded in corporate America, I kept studying real estate — numerous books, seminars and courses on the topic. In 2023, I left my corporate role and stepped fully into that long-standing interest, acquiring my first investment property and learning firsthand how market timing shapes an outcome.

From 2023 to 2025, I built a vacation rental management business across Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista — the same communities I serve today. That work put me in rooms with local agents at caravans and broker previews, and across the table from homeowners, before I held a license. I wasn't selling homes yet — I was learning how North County real estate really moves.

Today, as a member of Whissel Beer Group at eXp Realty, I bring that full arc — corporate discipline, an investor's instinct, and years of local relationships — to every client. I serve buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County and Riverside County, with deep knowledge of local neighborhoods, market trends, and community lifestyle. I do my best to lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and am dedicated to delivering results that exceed expectations.

I live in Oceanside with my wife and our two children, and I take real pride in being part of bringing people's home ownership dreams to life.
