Kevin Piechota

Born and raised minutes from New York City in a predominantly blue-collar family, there was a minimal emphasis on higher education and little to no experience in growing wealth through real estate. I decided to go against the grain in my life and business.

After enduring the winters of upstate New York, I graduated from SUNY Binghamton and then was presented with an opportunity to manage the Poway youth lacrosse program in sunny San Diego. Needing a change of scenery, I jumped at the opportunity! That move ultimately lead to a career working in the digital side of this industry where I consulted top real estate professionals throughout the US, and abroad, on how to grow their businesses online. After years of specializing in website development, I was responsible for building an SEO (search engine optimization) brand to help improve online ranking for my clients. Here is where I found a niche for getting people and properties maximum exposure on all digital platforms. This success allowed me to purchase my first property while in my 20’s and where I saw the true potential of investing in real estate. It is also what pushed me towards entrepreneurship. Since then I have worked in many areas of the industry including residential real estate, distressed home purchases, building/managing short-term rentals, home flipping, out-of-state investing, luxury residential marketing, and sharing house-hacking strategies with others.

I am a husband and father of two beautiful children as well as a co-parent to our furry baby, Winnie. I am a huge advocate for supporting local businesses in my community, donating to charity as well as organizing regular food and clothing drives. Like many transplants living in San Diego, I continually strive towards building and maintaining a community to call home.
